Beauty Everywhere You Look

Through the years, I have captured images that

brought me joy and wonder - and I felt they would

speak to others, like you

The Story

Thank you for stopping to look at these photographs. It means a lot to me.

The Diner series was created in 1982 and many of them no longer exist. The interiors were taken at Mohonk Mountain House in New Platz New York. The Black and White images were all shot using a 4x5 or 8x10 view camera and are offered here as silver prints (while supplies last). These prints are special.

I remember clicking the shutter on each and every one of them. I hope they bring you some of the same joy and wonder I had traveling with my view camera through so many fields and hallways, searching for that perfect negative created from just the right amount of light, exposure, and development.

Most of these images were printed  at The Harvey Milk Photo Center managed by The San Francisco Park Service. I am so grateful that they are still here keeping these old processes alive.
