The Good Bus

Two people with similar world views, woefully separated by perceived class, race, and gender differences meet at a bus stop on the day before -- and the day after -- the election of The United States’ first African American president. Power plays shift throughout, ending with the two characters brought together in an emotional finale. The Good Bus is a short film adaptation of Kurt Weitzmann's one act play, and serves as a reminder that this day in November of 2008 was a moment in time that reverberated in our collective consciousness.
